Fired Up is South Florida’s kosher BBQ battle and festival. Grill enthusiasts will be competing for the best Kosher BBQ in South Florida. Ribs, brisket, chicken and turkey will be grilled and smoked to perfection, but only one winner will be crowned Overall Grand Champion. Festival goers will enjoy kids activities and will be able to buy food. Proceeds from the event will help support Hadar High School for Girls.
